How many people, so many opinions, but still want to share. Opinion, so to speak, veggie.
There are many reasons because of which people become vegans (vegetarians). I chose 10 ,in my opinion, the most banal:

1. Fur and skin - not exactly friends of vegetarians, because animals die for the sake of someone's feeling warmer or more comfortable.We abound in the world of alternative living fur, faux leather, cotton and linen.

2. About the dangers and benefits of milk are now not arguing just lazy. In the biggest "Chinese study" the American scientist Colin Campbell has been proven that the higher content in the diet milk protein caseine to 20% significantly increases the risk of malignant tumors, whereas it reduced to 5%, the effect is exactly the opposite!

3. Dairy products, like meat, increase LDL "bad" cholesterol clog the blood vessels.

4. In the cheese contains substances akin to narcotick. How do you like being sirutavicius?

5. Ayurvedic doctrine says that milk is "mucus", and not all types of people and it shows. It is proved that the milk provokes the appearance in the body of mucus and promotes the development of colds. Therefore, during the SARS do not advise to drink milk, because it only increases the amount of mucus.

6. Dairy products, contradicting the prevalent opinion, does not strengthen bones, but rather is washed from the joints calcium and cause osteoporosis!

7. Eat eggs, from the point of view of veganism, not ethically, because the egg is the same chicken that wasn't born yet. To replace the necessary athletes the eggs, vegetable protein.

8. With the transition to vegan/veggie food promodellers that lasted for years.

9. And again about dairy products: on farms cows and goats fed different additives and antibiotics. It is inhumane, and detrimental to our health.

10. And the last, the reason is. Want to lead a healthy lifestyle or not? It's your decision;)
